Senior: $120,000 – $180,000
High School or GED with 13-19 years of experience.
Bachelors with 9-15 Years of experience.
Senior Advance: $170,000 +
High School or GED with 20+ years of experience.
Bachelors with 15+ Years of experience.
Subject Matter Expert (SME): $140,000 – $220,000
High School or GED with 14 + years of experience.
Bachelors with 10+ Years of experience.
Salary Range:
Competitive salary commensurate with clearance levels, unique expertise, critical skill sets, experience and qualifications. Additional pay stipend will be considered for qualifying candidates. Refer to our RACTSOL LCAT list for all salary ranges.

- 20(+) days of earned Paid Time Off (PTO) per year

System/Network Administrator Job Description:
- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

- Provides support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. Assists with the management of security aspects of the information system and performs day-to-day security operations of the system.
- Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
- Performs vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation. Provides configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
- Manages changes to the system and assesses the security impact of those changes. Prepares and reviews documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).
- Supports security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS Information System Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP)
Education and Work Experience Requirements:

System/Network Administrator Job Description:
- Provides support for a program, organization, system, or enclave’s information assurance program.
- Provides support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. Assists with the management of security aspects of the information system and performs day-to-day security operations of the system.
- Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
- Performs vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation. Provides configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
- Manages changes to the system and assesses the security impact of those changes. Prepares and reviews documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).
- Supports security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS Information System Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP)
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 13-19 years ISSO experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 9-15 years of ISSO experience.
- DoD Directive 8570 IAM Level 1 certification (Security+).
- Experience is to include at least two (2) of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation; communication protocols; and encryption techniques/tools.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
